Sean M. Erickson PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP

Sean has been practicing as a Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years, is a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice, and has a strong passion for his work. After receiving his undergraduate and graduate training at the University of Utah, he served the Yakama Nation and Farm Workers Clinic in Yakima Washington, specific focus in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. He then returned to Wasatch Homeless Healthcare (4th Street Clinic) in Salt Lake City, Utah serving in a clinical and administrative role treating addiction and mental health, developing clinic programming, implementation, and community building.

Carlene MacMillan, M.D.

Carlene MacMillan, M.D., is a Harvard-trained board-certified adult, adolescent and child psychiatrist and the VP of Clinical Innovation at Osmind, a platform that enables clinicians to deliver breakthrough mental health treatments. She is the Co-Chair of the Clinical TMS Society Insurance Committee and the Co-Chair of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Consumer Issues Committee. Dr.MacMillan is also a member of the Ketamine Taskforce for Access to Safe Care and Insurance Coverage. She participates in real world evidence and post-marketing studies of transcranial magnetic stimulation and esketamine. She is extensively trained in Mentalization Based Treatment and applies it in individual, group therapy, family and team/systems settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide therapy?

Yes, I have been trained and practicing as a therapist for over 10 years. Multidimensional in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Jungian Psychology, Psychodynamic, and Trauma Informed Care.

Do you see people in person, or telehealth?

Sean is currently seeing patients via Telehealth. In person visits can be facilitated in office or outdoors through hiking, walks, etc...

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes, prescribing medication is one part of our overall integrative psychiatry approach

Can I use my Insurance at Solid Mental Health?

I do not currently take insurance, but insurance is still the most widely used way of accessing mental health services and will be accepting insurance in the near future. Payment may be cash, card, HSA/FSA, or Venmo.

What forms of payment does the practice accept?

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, cash, Venmo.
